A Note From The Editor
I’m happy to officially welcome Marie-Louise McGuinness as a Prose/Poetry Editor. We have worked together on many projects– you might remember her fabulous work as our Issue 5 Guest Editor–so I was delighted when she accepted my invitation to join.
We ’re very proud of this issue as editors, but also as mothers, since both our kids took an interest and decided to submit their work. We hope you’ll love their art as much as we do. Sarah is also our youngest contributor so far at just nine years old.
Finally, we wanted to give a shout-out to the wonderfully talented Fhionna Love McGeechan. We could not have dreamt of a better cover. Her magnificent horse is the perfect symbol to represent the beauty and strength filling our pages.
